2. Courier Delivery
Nationwide delivery available anywhere in South Africa.
All delivery fees are based on PostNet courier rates plus a handling fee.
Flat Rate: R140 for parcels up to 5kg.
Parcels above 15kg must be arranged manually. Call us at 060 223 3193 to book a courier or arrange collection.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery: 2 – 5 working days for major cities.
Outlying areas may take 1 – 2 additional days.
4. Important
Once payment is made, delivery addresses cannot be changed.
If you cannot sign for your order, please provide details of the person receiving it on your behalf.
Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours via email: [email protected].

Returns must be logged within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
Items must be securely packaged for transit.

1.3 Wrong Item Delivered

1.4 Damaged Products
Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Return at no charge; we will replace immediately (if stock is available) or credit your account.
1.5 Defective Products
Covers manufacturing defects only.Does not include damage from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Negligence, misuse, or abuse
- Electrical surges or corrosion
- Failure to care for the product
